Exhibition of tomatoes - 2016
cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_exhibition: "Tomato Parade" was held from 26 to 30 August at the Latvian Museum of Nature.
Was exhibited more than 200 varieties of tomatoes, different shapes, colors
and sizes, and 20 cultivars of peppers growing in Latvia.
During the exhibition it was possible to get advice from the vegetable growers of the club "Tomāts" regarding the cultivation of this or that variety.
And also you could buy seeds.
Pumpkin Exhibition - 2015
From October 28 to November 1, the Latvian Museum of Nature hosted pumpkin exhibition: “Pumpkin for your health – 2015”,
organized in cooperation with collectors
club of gardening enthusiasts "Tomāts", named after Artur Slide.
More than 180 pumpkins of various sizes, shapes, colors, flavors or varieties were on display. And also you could buy seeds and try pumpkins and products from them.
